We have a large breed dog who has some pretty strong urine smell going on we have the whole backyard done in artificial turf, but could barely stand going out there at all hosing it down did not work. I also recently received an order with a damaged bottle and the customer service was awesome. I sent them a picture in an email and they shipped out pretty much the next day brand new product for me. It’s very hard to find customer service like this nowadays.
