Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at OxyTurf.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Domestic Shipping Policy 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES:

All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days Monday - Friday. Orders received after 2:00 PM on Fridays and Orders received over the weekend will not be handled until normal business hours.

All customers and Orders that paid for next-day air or for any expedited shipment, will be processed and shipped that same day if the Order is received before 2:00 PM Monday - Friday.

Any Orders with next-day air or expedited shipment placed after 2: PM Monday - Friday will be fulfilled the following business day.

No Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Once an order is placed and upon checkout, the customer has the option the choose the type of delivery service from the carriers - UPS or USPS.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping Rates are based on the type of delivery service, the location of the receiver, and the total weight of the order. 

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

OxyTurf Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damage

OxyTurf Goods that are eligible for a replacement or refund are:

  • The Goods that are damaged in the last 60 days
  • The Goods that are lost during shipping
  • Poor Experience or Performance
