Pet urine does not sit on the fiber. It runs down the blade, into the infill, and stays there. A hose pushes it deeper. A rinse-and-broom pass makes the surface look right for a week, and then the heat comes back and so does the smell.

That is where the phone calls start. Homeowners who paid for a premium install. HOA boards forwarding resident complaints. Facility managers with a dog run they cannot budget around. Every one of those visits is unbilled time, and it usually lands on the installer.

Who we are

OxyTurf started in 2021 out of a synthetic turf installation business. The problem was ours before it was a product. We were the ones going back out on the odor calls.

Since then the brand has grown every year since 2021, from a regional fix into a national line, and its founder is a member of the Synthetic Turf Council. We co-brand with SYNLawn and we manufacture private-label turf cleaners for other names in the category, including K9 Klean by ForeverLawn.

We also run OxyTurf Labs, our hygiene testing division using ATP surface verification, the same measurement used in food service. Synthetic turf has no cleanliness standard today. We think it should, and we are building the methodology to measure it.

The chemistry

Oxygen,
not enzymes

Enzyme cleaners work on the clock. They need the right temperature, the right dwell, and hours you do not have on a job site. Cold morning, cool product, slow result.

OxyTurf is built on enhanced hydrogen peroxide. It oxidizes. It foams as it works, which is how your crew can see coverage in real time, and it carries down through the fiber into the infill instead of sheeting off the top.

Then it goes away. The peroxide breaks down into oxygen and water in about 10 minutes. No bleach. No ammonia. No rinse on a maintenance pass, so the crew sprays and moves on. On a deep clean, follow with a hose to drive it through every layer.

Will it affect my turf manufacturer's warranty?

We are not the warranty holder, so always check your manufacturer's maintenance guidance. That said, SYNLawn sells this formula under their own label as SYNLawn Cleaner-Deodorizer Powered by OxyTurf, and we manufacture the K9 Klean line for ForeverLawn. It contains no bleach, no ammonia, and no acid, and the peroxide breaks down into oxygen and water in about ten minutes, so nothing accumulates in the infill over repeat applications. Tell us your manufacturer and system and we will send what we have.

How do I buy artificial turf cleaner in bulk?

Freight sizes are not sold through checkout. Submit the form on this page or the wholesale account application and we quote the product plus freight to your yard, itemized so you see shipping before you commit. Pallet quantities of gallons ship the same way.

How much do I need for a job?

Roughly 500 sq ft per gallon on routine maintenance, roughly 200 sq ft per gallon on heavy-use or pet-saturated areas. Apply, let it dwell about 10 minutes, and once the foam subsides the area is ready. Maintenance passes need no rinse; deep cleans get a hose-follow to drive it through every layer.

Is a turf cleaner concentrate cheaper than ready to use?

Per gallon on the invoice, sometimes. Then you pay for mixing time, you pay when a crew mixes it wrong, and you pay to ship the water either way. OxyTurf arrives ready and gets applied the same way every time, so the cost per job is predictable before the truck leaves.

Will it hurt the turf or the infill?

It is formulated for synthetic turf fiber and works on common infills including sand and rubber. There is no bleach and no ammonia, and the peroxide breaks down into oxygen and water in about 10 minutes, so nothing is left in the infill to build up over repeat applications. It is safe for use around kids and pets when used as directed. If you are running a specialty infill, tell us which one and we will confirm.

Is there an SDS for OxyTurf turf cleaner?

Yes. Current safety documentation is available on request through the form, and our safety data page is public. If you need it on letterhead for a submittal package, say so and we will send it.

Do you offer wholesale turf cleaner accounts or private label?

Both. Wholesale pricing is available to installers, maintenance companies, and dealers. We also manufacture co-branded and white-label turf cleaners under other names. Note the volume you expect in the form and we will send terms.

You sell direct to homeowners. Does that compete with me?

We do, and it is why the wholesale break exists. Your cost is set so a maintenance program or a shelf sale still carries margin against our published price, and we do not undercut our wholesale accounts on the same size. If you want your own label on the bottle instead, we manufacture that too.
