1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • 30-Day Window: You may request a refund within 30 days from the date your order was delivered, as confirmed by the tracking number.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt from a direct purchase via oxyturf.com is required.
  • First-Time Customers: To prevent abuse of this policy, the Money-Back Guarantee applies to first-time orders only.
  • Product Restrictions: The policy applies to the 1-Gal Round OxyTurf Turf Cleaner-Deodorizer and Pet Odor Eliminator and 32 Oz OxyTurf Trigger Sprayer OxyTurf Turf Cleaner-Deodorizer and Pet Odor Eliminator. The policy DOES NOT apply to cases, bundles, or any other products.

2. Refund Limit & Scope

  • One Unit Limit: The guarantee covers the purchase price of one (1) bottle/unit of OxyTurf. If you purchased a bundle or multi-pack, you are not eligible for a refund.
  • Condition of Product:
    • We may ask you to return the bottle even if it is opened or partially used.
    • If you have used the entire bottle, you must return the empty container to verify usage and purchase.
  • Refund Amount: You will be refunded the price of the product on your order. If you placed the order using a discount, you will receive a refund for the discounted amount, not the listed retail price.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return and refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email our customer service team at support@oxyturf.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Order #]".
  2. Reason for Return: Briefly explain why the product did not meet your expectations. (We ask this solely to improve our product; your answer will not disqualify your refund).
  3. Return Authorization: Our team may provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  4. Ship the Item: Mail the product (or empty bottle) back to us. Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Processing & Payment

  • Inspection: If a return is initiated, once we receive your return, allow 3–5 business days for our warehouse to inspect and process the return.
  • Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Bank Processing Time: Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit to your account.

5. Exclusions (What is Not Covered)

The Money-Back Guarantee does not cover:

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Sellers: If you purchased OxyTurf through a third-party retailer (e.g., Amazon, Home Depot, or a local hardware store), you must follow that specific retailer’s return policy.
  • Bulk/Commercial Orders: Commercial orders are not eligible for the standard Money-Back Guarantee unless a specific contract states otherwise.
  • Repeat Claims: Customers who have previously claimed a refund under this policy are not eligible for future Money-Back Guarantees.
