14 days and has not arrived!

We have a large breed dog who has some pretty strong urine smell going on we have the whole backyard done in artificial turf, but could barely stand going out there at all hosing it down did not work. Thank God for Oxytutf we are now finally able to enjoy our yard again it smells fresh and last at least a month. I also recently received an order with a damaged bottle and the customer service was awesome. I sent them a picture in an email and they shipped out pretty much the next day brand new product for me. It’s very hard to find customer service like this nowadays.

Lets face it, turf can stink! Especially when you have dogs. Just for info before I ordered direct from you guys I ordered your OxyTurf product from EpicSports.com My order however never arrived. They wouldn’t refund my money and said they had sent it. I disputed it with them for a while but lost interest after a few months of back and forth.

We have recently used one gallon on a past client with 2 dogs. It has been applied for 1 week. It seems to be holding up well. I will check back in another week and give more feedback also. We will be applying the second on a kennel and really put it to the test. I will keep you posted on this as well. Thanks

I had made an order earlier in the month, and when it arrived the pump was defective. I contacted them and they immediately shipped out two replacement parts to get me up and running. No hoops to jump through, no hassle, just excellent customer service and backing up their product.

I have had a very good experience with the oxy turf. I have 3 dogs and was getting a little overwhelmed by the smell. The oxy worked instantly to help take care of my problem. I am looking forward to not having that smell any longer...
